摘  要:目的探讨遥控飞行喷雾器喷洒高效氟氯氰菊酯防治黑瞎子岛上蚊虫和蚋的现场效果。方法使用遥控飞行喷雾器喷洒高效氟氯氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂,处理蚊虫和蚋栖息的植被,对黑瞎子岛上的刺扰伊蚊、八代按蚊和斑布蚋进行防控。结果使用该方法对刺扰伊蚊、八代按蚊和斑布蚋分别达到了95.4%、81.7%和67.3%的种群密度下降效果,并且对蚊虫的防控效果在1周后仍然保持在80%以上。结论遥控飞行喷雾器喷洒高效氟氯氰菊酯防治黑瞎子岛上的蚊虫和蚋,可大幅度减少防治区域内蚊虫和蚋的叮咬。同时,在地理环境复杂的条件下,遥控飞行喷雾器也显示出了其机动性强、短时间可处理大面积地区的优越性能。通过本次现场实验,可以预见遥控飞行喷雾器在未来疾病预防控制领域将有着广阔的应用前景。Objective To understand the efficacy of the application of the lambda-cyhalothrin to control mosquitoes and black flies in Heixiazi island by using the remote control flying sprayer. Methods Lambda-cyhalothrin was applied by remote control flying sprayer as a barrier spray to vegetation and various structures surrounding human-dwellings for control against the adults of each species. Results The barrier spray resulted in a 95.4% reduction in An. yatsushiroensis abundance,81.7% reduction in Ae. vexans abundance and 67. 3% reduction in S. maculatum abundance post application. Also, there was a cumulative reduction in the mosquito population by 80% at the one week post treatment. Conclusion Our results indicate that lambda-cyhalothrin applied as a barrier for both species can be adopted as part of an integrated pest management approach against these pests. Meanwhile, the remote control flying sprayer also shows their superior performance for high mobility and treating large areas under the complex geographical environment. Through this field experiment, remote control flying sprayer will be expected to play an important role in the disease prevention and control in the future.
