摘　　要：目的采用气相色谱法分析蚊香中七氟甲醚菊酯的含量。方法以癸二酸二丁酯为内标,DB-1石英毛细管柱分离,FID检测。结果该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.000 232,变异系数为0.93%,回收率为98.61%~98.96%。结论用此方法测定蚊香中七氟甲醚菊酯含量,分离效果好,精确度和准确度都较高,快速简便,可以达到定量分析的要求。Objective To develope a method with GC for determination of teflumethrin in mosquito coils. Methods The sample was separated with DB - 1 capillary column, and detected with FID. Dibutyl sebacate was set as internal standard. Results The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9 ,the standard deviation was 0. 000 232, the coefficient of variation was 0. 93%, and the recovery rate was from 98.61% to 98.96%. Conclusion The method is feasible for analysis of teflumethrin with the advantages of convenience speed accuracy and good separating effect.
