摘　　要：目的探讨间歇充气压力泵和下肢运动对预防开胸术后老年患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法对50例开胸术后老年患者使用间歇压力充气泵和进行下肢运动。了解术前后患者下肢血流速度及术后深静脉血栓发生情况。结果术前后患者下肢血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者术后无发生深静脉血栓。结论术后采用间歇充气压力泵和进行下肢运动,可有效预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent pneumatic pressure pump on the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients undergoing thoracotomy. Methods Fifty patients undergoing thoracic surgery were managed with intermittent pressure inflation pump besides general preventive measures. The pre-and postoperative blood flow in the lower extremity and incidences of deep venous thrombosis were compared. Result The differences in blood flow in the lower extremity and incidences of deep venous thrombosis were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic pressure pump can promote pulsatile blood flow in the lower extremity so as to effectively prevent formation of deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients after thoracotomy.
