摘　　要：政府向社会组织购买公共服务是我国近年来社会管理创新的一项新举措,是解决民生问题的有力渠道。农村户用沼气后续服务体系建设是发挥农村户用沼气能源和环境效益的重要举措,目前我国农村户用沼气后续服务在政府主导下多元化发展,但是没有真正引入市场机制,过度依赖政府,管护机制在创新服务理念和可持续发展出现些问题,强化后续服务体系建设,提高消费者的参与意识,才能切实保证我国农村户用沼气服务体系发展的可持续性。本文在比较分析国内农村户用沼气后续服务模式发展现状和政府购买沼气后续公共服务的基础上,提出当前政府向经营性组织购买服务的建议对策。Purchasing public service from commercial organizations by government is a new measure of social management innovation in recent years in our country, which is an effective way to solve the poople＇s livelihood issues. The biogas serv- ice system is important in leading the biogas system achieving both energy and environment benefits. At present the rural household biogas service system is developing in diversity but dominated by government, not real drawn into market. The excessive relying on the government resulted in appearing of some problems in service concept and the sustainable develop- ment. Therefore, strengthening the construction of biogas service system and improving the consumers＇ participation could guarantee the sustainable development of our rural hiogas service system. This paper made some case comparison and analy- sis for different modes of rural biogas service, especially the service mode of government purchasing biogas services from commercial organization. Suggestion and are put forward.
