彩色多普勒闪烁伪像在体检人群泌尿系结石诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨闪烁伪像在泌尿系统结石中的特征性表现和应用价值。方法分析330例泌尿系结石患者(均经排石或手术证实诊断)的彩色多普勒检查结果。结果 200例肾结石患者中B超检出为160例(检出率为80.0%),彩色多普勒闪烁伪像检出率为100%,130例输尿管结石患者B超检出为77例(检出率59.2%),彩色多普勒闪烁伪像检出率100%。结论闪烁伪像是彩色多普勒超声诊断泌尿系统结石的附加超声影像学特征,在泌尿系结石的诊断中具有重要提示作用。Objective To explore the characteristic m anifestations and application value of color Doppler tw inkling artifact in urinary calculus.Methods Color Doppler check results of 330 cases with urinary calculi（all confirm ed by row of stone or surgical diagnosis）were analyzed .Results 160 out of 200 patients with kidney stones were detected by type-B ultrasound （the detection rate was 80 .0% ）,w hile the detection rate by color Doppler was 100% .77 out of 130 patients with ureteral calculus were detected by type-B ultrasound （the detection rate was 59 .2% ）,w hile the detec-tion rate by color Doppler was 100% .Conclusion Tw inkling artifact is an additional ultrasonographic feature of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi and it has the im portant im plication in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.
