摘　　要：提升农村文化品质需要冲破传统观念、改变不良风气、强化发展动因。随着经济发展,城乡交流在增多,文化产业在拓宽,国家也在不断推出文化惠农政策,这些都有利于农村文化发展。不同地区发展农村文化的条件有差别,发掘有利因素,遏制不利因素,是发展农村文化的理性选择。在发展农村文化过程中,不但要充分借鉴国内外发展农村文化的成功经验,还要不断推出新举措,这包括:发展民间体育运动,丰富农村题材的影视作品,将谋生之道变成生活乐趣,让民俗在农村文化建设中唱主角。In order to improve rural culture character, it is necessary to break out tradition culture, overcome negative impact, follow e- conomic development. With the development of economic, there are more and more urban-urban communication, culture industry is widened continuously, more and more policies benefiting agriculture are applied. There are many differences concerning the conditions of rural development in different areas of culture. It is the rational choice about the issue of rural culture construction to explore the fa- vorable factors and curb negative factors. During the procession of developing rural culture, the successful experience interior and exte- rior China used as references is necessary, in the meantime, new strategies put forward is necessary as well, which includes： Develo- ping folk sports ; Enriching rural theme film and television works ; Turning the means of making bread and butter into fun ： Leting folk custom play leading role in the construction of folk culture in the countryside.
