摘　　要：介绍了金堆城钼业股份有限公司将钼冶炼烟气作沸腾炉二次风的技术改造情况。针对硫酸装置存在的问题,技术人员提出将钼冶炼烟气作沸腾炉二次风,并实现空气和烟气相互切换。改造后,钼冶炼多膛炉实现正常稳定运行,降低了沸腾炉投矿量及硫酸产量,避免了硫酸装置超负荷运行,延长了设备的使用周期。Technological transformation of molybdenum smelting gas treated as boiling furnace secondary air in Jinduicheng Molyb- denum Industry Co. , Ltd. is described. Molybdenum smelting gas treated as boiling furnace secondary air is proposed by technical staff against the problems of sulphurie acid plant, achieving the switch between air and flue gas. Molybdenum smelting multiple hearth fur- nace runs stable after transformation, amount of ore and sulphurie acid production are reduced. The life cycle of the equipment is ex- tended, avoiding the overload operation of sulphuric acid plant.
