摘　　要：介绍了用发烟硫酸中的SO3与硫磺反应生成二氧化硫的试验情况。根据试验结果设计采用液体三氧化硫和液体硫磺生产液体SO2的装置,介绍了其工艺流程及生产运行情况。对三氧化硫-硫磺法生产液体SO2与常用其他三种方法进行了比较,对生产成本进行了分析。生产出的液体SO2残渣质量分数小于或等于0.006%,水分质量分数小于或等于0.01%,完全满足各行业对液体SO2的质量需求。The experiment of SO3 in fuming sulphuric acid reacting with the sulphur to produce sulphur dioxide is described. A de- vice to produce liquid S02 by using liquid SO2 and liquid sulphur according to the test results was built, and process and production op- eration is described. Liquid sulphur dioxide produced by sulphur trioxide and sulphur method is compared with the other three common methods. Production costs are analyzed. The residue mass fraction of product liquid SO2 is no more than 0. 006% and the mass fraction of moisture is no more than 0. 01%, fully meeting the industry＇s demand for quality.
