摘 要:为了准确确定环氧玻璃鳞片涂料的最佳玻璃鳞片含量及其涂层性能,以工程试验设计(DOE)为基础,采用正交试验设计方法,对可能影响涂料组成,涂层结合力、循环老化时间、光泽度和耐磨性的因素(玻璃鳞片含量、喷涂压力、喷涂距离和温度)进行了试验;以数理统计为基础对试验结果进行了计算和方差分析。结果表明:玻璃鳞片含量对涂层的性能影响最大,喷涂压力次之,温度和喷涂距离也有一定的影响;最佳工艺参数为15%-30%玻璃鳞片;喷涂压力0.70~0.75MPa;喷涂距离5~20cm,温度50-60℃。Based on engineering test design,orthogonal tests were conducted to optimize the composition of glass flake paint and the performance of the coating made of the paint.The factors influencing the composition of the glass flake paint as well as the adhesion force,artificial aging lifetime,gloss and wear resistance of the coating,including the content of the glass flake,spraying pressure,spraying distance and temperature,were investigated.Furthermore,the experimental results were calculated and their variance analysis was conducted based on mathematical statistics.Results indicated that the content of the glass flake had significant effect on the performance of the paint and coating,and the spraying pressure was ranked the second in terms of its effect on the performance of the coating.Besides,the gun temperature and spraying distance also had some influence on the performance of the coating.The optimal processing parameters were determined as glass flake content of 15%~30%,spraying pressure of 0.70 ~ 0.75 MPa,spraying distance of 5 ~ 20 cm,and spraying temperature of 50- 60 ℃.
