植酸封闭对钢铁表面氟铁酸钾转化膜耐蚀性的影响

摘  要:为了提高氟铁酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性,采用植酸对A3钢表面氟铁酸盐转化膜进行了封闭处理,优化了植酸封闭的最佳浓度及工艺条件,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、中性盐雾试验和极化曲线对封闭前后转化膜的形貌、结构、成分以及耐盐雾性能进行了分析。结果表明,经过植酸封闭处理后,氟铁酸盐转化膜表面生成了植酸铁,使A3钢的耐中性盐雾时间从封闭前的16 h增加至封闭后的90 h,耐蚀性有了显著提升。Phytic acid was used to seal fluoferrite conversion coating on A3 steel in order to improve its corrosion resistance.The concentration of the phytic acid and the sealing condition were optimized.The morphology,structure and composition of the conversion coatings before and after sealing were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry.The corrosion resistance of the conversion coatings against salt- spray was evaluated based on neutral salt-spray test and polarization curve measurement.Results indicated that phytic acid iron was formed on the surface of the conversion coating after sealing with phytic acid.As a result,the corrosion resistance of the fluoferrite conversion coating on A3 steel was greatly improved:its endurance against the neutral saltspray increased from 16 h before sealing to 90 h after sealing.
