摘 要:用沉淀-浸渍法制备的固体超强酸SO2-4/Ti O2和SO2-4/Ti O2/HZSM-5处理催化裂化柴油,通过柴油组成的调整及稳定性的改善对比其催化性能.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、氮气低温物理吸附(BET)、傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、吡啶吸附红外(Py-IR)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对催化剂的晶相、比表面积、表面酸性及形貌等进行表征.结果表明:SO2-4/Ti O2/HZSM-5催化剂处理的柴油样品透光率达到93%,组成成分与未处理的柴油相比,链烷烃化合物含量上升30.74%,胶质类杂质下降22.70%,提高了柴油的十六烷值和稳定性.The solid superacid catalysts of SO2-4/ Ti O2 and SO2-4/ Ti O2/ HZSM-5 were prepared by precipitation-maceration,for dealing with catalystcracking diesel,contrasted the catalytic performance by adjusting the composition and imporving the stability of diesel. The crystal structure,acid center,specific surface area and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,Py-IR,BET and SEM. The results showed that the transparency of the diesel which was dealt with SO2-4/ Ti O2/ HZSM-5 reached 93%. The composition of the dealt diesel had a 30. 74% increase in alkane levels and a 22. 70% decrease in impurity as gelatin compared with the undealt. So the cetane value and the stability of diesel were both improved.
