摘  要:目的探讨枸杞多糖对糖尿病大鼠视网膜E-选择素及内皮素表达作用的影响。方法将清洁级SD大鼠30只造模,随机分为模型对照组、高剂量组、低剂量组,用药2周后处死,用免疫组化法检测视网膜中E-选择素及内皮素。结果 3组造模前后,血糖持续性增高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内皮素各组对比,用药组ET表达均降低,但低剂量组与模型组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高剂量与模型组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);E-selectin比较,3组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖对糖尿病大鼠的降糖效果较为明显,特别是大剂量组更为明显,考虑为LBP的抗氧化作用对内皮细胞的保护所致。Objective To investigate lycium barbarum polysaccharides study of diabetic rat retina E- selectin expression.Methods 30 SD rats built mode and were randomly divided into model control group,higher dose group and lower dose group and two weeks later sacrificed the rats. The retina E- the choice of element and endothelin detect by using immunohistochemical method.Results Blood sugar were significantly increased before and after the building mode( P〈0. 05). Endothelin expressed lower in drug group. But there was no significant difference in low dose group and model group( P〉0. 05). There was significant difference between model group and higher dose group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference E- selectin between three groups( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharides hypoglycemic effect of diabetic rats is more obvious,especially is more apparent in high dose group,consider for LBP antioxidant effect caused by the protection of endothelial cells.
