摘　　要：本文利用RS-232串口技术及串口编程设计,分别对老型号的紫外仪和没有通信接口的培养箱进行了软硬件设计改造,使这两台仪器实现了与通用PC机的串口通信,达到了数据采集的目的,从而为数据上传化验室管理LIMS系统提供了重要条件。In this paper,by using RS-232 serial port technology and programming design,I respectively designed and transformed the hardware and software of old models of ultraviolet instrument and incubator with no communication interface,thus achieving serial communication between the two machines and universal PC machine,and achieving the goal of collecting data,providing important condition for uploading LIMS laboratory management system.
