苦豆子中主要生物碱药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：苦豆子是广泛分布于我国西北部的传统中药,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎等药理作用。近年来,随着对其主要活性成分喹诺里西叮类生物碱研究的不断深入以及新生物碱单体的分离鉴定,发现苦豆子生物碱具有降低血脂、抗肝纤维化、抗癫痫和抗肿瘤等多种新的药理活性,具有很高的药用价值,所以着重对其化学结构及药理活性进行了概述。As a traditional Chinese medicine, Sophora alopecuraides L. is widely distributed in northwestern of China,with pharmacology activities of ＂heat-clearing and detoxifying,antisepsis and anti-inflammation＂. With the further study of Quinolizidine alkaloids, the main active component of Sophora alopecuraides L. , and separation and identification of new alkaloids, Sophora alopecuraides L. ＇ s alkaloid was found to have new pharmacological activities of decreasing blood lipid, anti-hepatic fibrosis, anti-epilepsy, antitumor, etc. and have high value of medicine production. Two aspects of chemical structure and pharmacological activity are emphatically summarized.
