摘 要:目的了解濮阳市中学生心理健康状况,为中学生心理问题的干预提供线索。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法在濮阳市城区抽取中学生1 473名,使用王极盛的中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)进行现场问卷调查,用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果濮阳市中学生心理问题检出率为45.10%,其中轻度者为38.60%,中度为6.45%。男、女生心理问题检出率分别为46.40%、43.60%;不同学段和住宿方式中学生心理问题检出率及量表总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10个分量表因子分学习压力感得分最高。结论初中学生心理健康状况好于高中学生,非住宿生心理健康状况好于住宿生,学习压力感是中学生最突出的心理问题。Objective To investigate the mental health status of middle school students in Puyang City, and to provide clues to the intervention of the psychological problems of middle school students. 1473 cases of middle school students in Puyang City were selected by stratified cluster sampling method. The questionnaire survey was conducted by using Wang Jisheng Chinese middle school student mental health scale (MMH-60). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS12.0. Results The incidence of psychological problems of middle school students was 45.1% in Puyang City. A- mong them, the mild was 38.60 % and moderate was 6.5 %. The incidences of psychological problems of male and fe- male were 46.4 % and 43.6 %, respectively. The differences of incidences of psychological problems in Different learn- ing periods and accommodation were significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Among 10 components form factors, the study pressure was the highest. Conclusion The mental health of the junior middle school students was better than the senior high school students. The mental health of non resident students was better than resident students. Study pressure was the most prominent psychological problems of middle school students.
