摘　　要：运用自制问卷,对昭通学院女大学生就业心理进行随机抽样调查。结果表明:我校女大学生的就业认知心理总体上是客观积极的,但也存在着职业选择单一以及面对就业"性别门槛"的自卑的心理倾向,且本科学生与专科学生之间存在显著差异。The paper uses a self-designed questionnaire to conduct a random sampling survey about psychological sta- tus of employment of female college students in Zhaotong University. As indicated by the results： The cognitive psychol ogy of employment of female college students in China is generally objective and optimistic, hut negative psychological disposition such as single occupational choice and inferiority by gender discrimination＂ also exists at the same time, and degrees and those graduating from junior colleges. eomplex occurred while facing ＂employment threshold caused there are obvious differences between students with bachelor
