河北省新型农民分类培养的实证研究

摘　　要：通过对河北省平原、山区和沿海3个区域100个行政村的1 000名职业农民进行调查分析发现,不同的文化程度、职业类型以及生态经济条件的农民,对培训需求呈多元化的倾向。按照职业类型分类培养,按照文化程度分层培养、按照区域经济分区培养,是提高河北省新型农民培养针对性和实效性的有效模式。Through investigation and analysis of 1 000 farmers from 100 administrative villages of plain, mountain area, coastal 3 regions in Hebei Province it found that the training demand of different cultural level, occupation type and ecological economic conditions of farmers to assumed the multiplex tendency.The effective modes for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of training new farmers in Hebei Province were classified training according to the types of occupation, hierarchical training according to the degree of education, regional training according to the regional economic.
