摘　　要：汽车内饰顶棚面料的种类及各自的优缺点是汽车厂和研发人员较为关注的问题。根据长期顶棚模压成型工艺现场跟踪及面料性能检测,无纺布面料易满足工艺要求且环保性好;针织面料美观,但工艺成型性略差,易出现脱层及麻点等缺陷;PVC面料易清洗,但环保性及工艺成型性都较差。通过对3种面料性能的分析,为不同车型选择面料提供了参考,同时也为不同工艺选择何种面料及顶棚成型过程出现的问题,提供了工艺援助。Auto makers and designers pay a great attention on automotive interior ceiling fabrics types and their advantages and disadvantages. Through long-time inspecting ceiling moulding technology and testing ceiling fabrics performance, it is found that non-woven fabrics is easy to meet the technology requirements and has friendly environment, the appearance of knitting is elegant, but process formability is weak, therefore it is easy to be free from the ceiling and to create pitting defects, PVC is easy to clean, but it has poor formability and environmental protection. Analyzing and comparing 3 kinds of fabrics provide some reference for various car models to select available fabrics, at the same time it will give an aid when selecting the fabrics in the process of formability and the problems are existed at forming process.
