摘　　要：财产申报制度起源于瑞典,逐渐为世界多数国家和地区所采用。无论是法治发达国家如英国、美国,转型国家如韩国、俄罗斯,还是我国台湾、香港地区的财产申报制度,虽然文化传统不一样,但是只要权力监督成为它们的价值和目标,财产公开制度就成为了逻辑的必然。Property declaration system was originated in Sweden, which has been adopted by most countries and regions step by step. Whether in the developed countries such as the Great Britain and the United States, or in transition countries such as South Korea, Russia, or in China＇ s Taiwan and Hong Kong, the property declaration system is the important way of limiting and supervising the power, although their traditional culture is not the same.
