不同温度条件下多效唑对崇明水仙生长的影响  

Effects of Paclobutrazol on the Growth of Chongming Narcissus(Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis) under DifferentTemperature Conditions

摘　　要：为改善崇明水仙水培过程中株形欠佳的问题,采用4个不同浓度多效唑溶液对水仙进行浸泡处理8d,观察水仙在3个不同温度条件下的生长情况。结果表明,多效唑对崇明水仙的叶片和花葶生长具有抑制作用,浓度越高抑制效果越明显;在花期方面,2.5和5mg/L延长花期1～2d,但浓度升高至10和15mg/L时缩短花期;在叶、花高度差方面,在7和14℃条件下,5mg/L多效唑处理花高于叶,在21℃条件下,2.5mg/L多效唑处理花高于叶,此时崇明水仙株高较为适中,株型紧凑,花期延长,具有最佳观赏性。In order to improve the ornamental value of Chongming narcissus（Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis）in hydroponics,paclobutrazol（PP333）was applied at four different concentrations to Narcissus tuber for 8days.Then the growth of Narcissus was observed under different temperature conditions.The results showed that PP333 can dwarf the leaf length and scape hight of Chongming narcissus（Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis）,the higher the concentration,the more obvious inhibitory effect.In the case of flowering period,2.5and 5mg/L PP333 can prolong flowering period for 1～2days,but 10 and 15 mg/L PP333 can shorten flowering period.In the case of height difference of leaf and flower,under 7and 14 ℃conditions,flowers grew above leaves when it is treated with 5mg/L PP333,under 21℃conditions,flowers grew above leaves when it is treated with 2.5 mg/L PP333.Under these conditions,Chongming narcissus（Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis）showed moderate height,compact plant-type,long flowering period and with highest ornamental value.
