国外医学图书馆信息专员服务模式分析及思考

摘　　要：随着医疗环境的不断变化和医务工作者信息需求的改变,医学图书馆信息专员服务应运而生。这个角色以提高医学图书馆服务质量为目标,为医疗决策提供全方位的信息支撑和服务保障。文章在对信息专员概念进行论述的基础上,通过对美国国家医学图书馆、霍普金斯大学Welch医学图书馆、亚利桑那健康科学图书馆、哥伦比亚大学医学图书馆、英国国家医疗卫生图书馆,以及加拿大麦克马斯特大学图书馆等6家具有代表性的医学图书馆进行调研,梳理其信息专员服务模式;与国外现状进行对比,分析国内医学图书馆的信息专员服务模式存在的主要问题。With the dramatic changing of medical environment and medical workers＇ information needs, medical library informationist emerged. Medical library informationist aims at the increase of medical library services, and provides information supports and service for clinical decision-making process. The conception of informationist was expounded, and the informationist service mode of the U. S. National Library of Medicine, Johns Hopkins University Welch Medical Library, Arizona Health Sciences Library, Columbia University Medical Library, the British National Health Library, and Canadian McMaster University Library were investigated and reviewed in the article. In comparison of the informationist service mode in foreign medical libraries, current problems in domestic medical library were analyzed.
