摘　　要：钢铁行业已经进入低增长、低效益、低价格、高压力,"三低一高"的新常态发展,多元化经营已经成为钢铁企业的必经途径,而物流能够充分盘活既有的资源,吸收剩余的劳动力资源,成为了钢铁企业多元化经营的重要选择。文中通过对于钢铁企业进行物流产业发展的优劣分析,探讨了钢铁企业物流产业化发展的定位及方向。The steel industry has entered the new normal development period of low growth, low efficiency, low price, high pressure, named ＂three low and one high＂.Diversification has become a necessary way to iron and steel enterprises. The logistics is able to revitalize the existing resources, to absorb surplus labor resources, it has become an important choice of the diversification of the iron and steel enterprises. By analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the iron and steel enterprises logistics industry development, the paper discusses the positioning and direction of the iron and steel enterprises logistics industry development.
