摘　　要：通过分析影响物流金融与区域经济发展的因素,运用结构方程模型,对影响因素进行了筛选;进而通过对长三角地区的相关数据进行分析,构建了物流金融与区域经济的协同发展模型。通过文中的分析,以期为政府制定更加合理的区域经济发展政策提供理论基础。This paper firstly analyzes the mainly influence factors between logistics financial and regional economic and then apply the structural equation model to screen the influence factors and builds assessment model based on the theory of the cooperation. It aims to promoted the development of regional economy by carrying the logistics financial business, and provides theoretical basis for the regional economic in drafting reasonable policy for the government.
