摘　　要：物流监管是物流业与银行业的合作产物。银行通过物流企业的专业化服务,不仅能够保证信贷资金的安全,同时也可有效地扩大信贷资金规模;物流企业通过与银行合作改善盈利结构,逐步摆脱传统低附加值运营模式。物流监管虽然造就了客户、银行及物流企业三方共赢的局面,但是在物流监管过程中,存在诸多的不确定性。文中选取厦门创天物流管理有限公司为研究样本,剖析其在物流监管过程可能出现的风险,并提出防范这些风险的措施,从根源上,解决"治本"的问题。Logistics is the logistics industry and the cooperation of banking products. Bank through professional service of logistics enterprises, not only to ensure the security of credit funds, but also effectively expand the scale of credit funds; logistics enterprises through cooperation with the bank to improve the profit structure, and gradually get rid of the traditional low value-added business model. Logistics supervision although created three win customers, banks and logistics enterprises in the situation, but in the logistics process, there are many uncertainties. This paper selects Xiamen Chuangtian Logistics Management Company Limited as the research sample, analyze the risk which may appear in the logistics process, and put forward to prevent the risk measures, from the source to solve the problem of the ＂cure＂.
