摘　　要：工业遗产是工业时代文明的体现,反映了当时的社会经济生活、技术水平和价值观,具有极高的历史、科技、文化和美学价值,工业遗产不是城市的包袱,而是具有巨大潜力的文化资源。从洛阳涧西工业区的形成与发展出发,通过对涧西区的工业遗产的历史演变进行梳理,分析和总结保护涧西工业遗产价值和意义,结合当前洛阳城市建设发展过程中工业遗产保护与利用方面的有关问题,提出相应的工业建筑遗产保护与再利用的策略,以期最大程度地实现工业遗产的人文科技价值。Industrial heritage is one of the representations in the Industrial Age civilization with extremely high historical, scientific, cultural and aesthetic value, which reflects the socioeconomic life, the level of technology and the values, therefore, Industrial heritage has a huge potential for the cultural resources instead of a burden. According to the formation and development of Luoyang Jianxi Industrial Zone, we try to analyze the protection value of Jianxi industrial heritage and get a summary of the significance on it. And then we expect to find the solution strategy of protection and reuse of industrial building heritages in order to realize those humanistic value and scientific value extremely, basing on analyzing the relevant problems of protection and utilization in the development process of Luoyang’s construction.
