摘 要:巫山某铁矿石属细粒嵌布高磷鲕状赤褐铁矿石,铁品位为46.31%,矿石中97.79%的铁呈赤(褐)铁矿形式分布,是矿石中主要的含铁矿物,也是试验主要回收对象。为开发利用该矿石,采用悬浮焙烧—磁选工艺对其进行了选矿试验。结果表明:在气体流量为10 m3/h、H2浓度为30%、悬浮焙烧温度为650℃条件下,对细磨至-0.074 mm含量为80%的原矿焙烧时间12 s,焙烧料磨细至-0.074 mm含量为95%,在磁场强度为85 k A/m条件下磁选后,可获得铁品位为58.32%、回收率为85.76%的精矿产品。悬浮焙烧工艺具有反应速度快、焙烧时间短、能耗低等优点,采用悬浮焙烧技术处理该类复杂难选铁矿石具有广阔的应用前景。Iron ore in Wushan belongs to the fine disseminated and high phosphorus oolitic hematite and limonite ore. Iron grade of the ore is 46.31% , and 97.79% iron exists in form of hematite and limo- nite, which is the main iron-content mineral and also the research object. It is difficult to achieve good index by conventional mineral processing methods. For the development and utilization of the ore, sus- pension roasting-magnetic separation process was carried out. Results show that: with gas flow rate of 10 ma/h, hydrogen concentration 30% ( ratio of H2 to gas mixture of H2 and N2 ) , suspension roasting at 650 ~C for 12 s to deal with raw ore, which have been ground to 80% passing 0. 074 ram. Iron concentrate with iron grade of 58.32% and recovery of 85.76% is obtained through magnetic separation on magnetic field intensity of 85 kA/m to deal with the ground roasted products. The suspension roasting has advanta- ges of quickly reaction and low energy consumption, Using suspension roasting technology to deal with this kind of iron ore has bright prospect.
