摘  要:目的利用实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,Lis)与SYSMEX CA7000血凝仪实现双向通信,简化分析流程。方法对相应血凝仪及Lis系统进行系统设置,以实现仪器对标本条码的自动扫描,检测项目自动判读,检测结果自动传输,Lis系统对所接收的结果自动解码并自动生成样本号。结果实现双向通信后,仪器能顺利判读条码信息,自动进行检测,自动传输检验结果,Lis系统能自动解码所接收的信息并生成样本号,凝血标本的检测完成所需时间与未实现双向通信前比,明显减少,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 Lis系统与SYSMEX CA7000血凝仪,能顺利实现双向通信,显著减少标本的报告时间,能有效的提高血凝仪的工作效率,降低操作人员的工作强度,临床应用效果较好。Objective To actualize bidirectional communication between laboratory information system( Lis) with SYSMEX CA7000 Coagulometer,and simplify the analysis process. Methods Set system in coagulation analyzer and Lis system,in order to realize the instruments’ automatic scanning of the bar identification code of samples,automatic interpretation of test items,and automatic transmission of test results. Results By realizing bidirectional communication,instruments could scan the barcode information,analyze samples,and transmit results automatically. Meanwhile,the Lis system could decode the information which received and generate the sample number automatically. The time required to analyse coagulation of blood sample decreased obviously than before actualize bidirectional communication. There was significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Actualizing bidirectional communication between Lis with SYSMEX CA7000 Coagulometer could reduce our labor intensity and coagulation index report time significantly. It also could improve the instrument’s work efficiency and get better clinical effect.
