摘  要:针对某型直升机导弹发射控制系统尚无检查装置,设计了基于PLC技术的检测系统,采用原位测试理念,在不拆卸发控设备的情况下对导弹发控系统进行无损检测。通过地址映射的方法将1553B总线芯片接载进PLC系统,摆脱了1553B总线在单片机板卡上应用的桎梏,利用PLC简捷的编程语言方便地实现了总线通信,有良好的应用前景。Since there is no inspection device for a certain type of helicopter missile launch control system,the detection system based on PLC technology is designed. With the in-situ testing idea,the nondestructive testing for the missile launch con-trol system was achieved without disassembly of the launch control device. The 1553B bus chip is picked up into PLC system by the method of address mapping,by which the shackle in application of 1533B bus on microcontroller interface card is get rid of. The communication with the bus is implemented by the aid of simple PLC programming language. The proposed method has a good application prospect.
