摘　　要：分析了精密模具加工用电极丝结构及实际电加工过程中容易出现的问题,对精密模具加工用电极丝成分和结构特点做出了改进,使电极丝的性能更优化,提高了电加工的效率。The problems,which were easy to appear in the design of an electrode wire for the precision die ＆ mold processing and the procedure of electromachining,were analyzed.The composition and structural design of the electrode wire for the precision die ＆ mold processing, were improved to make the performance of the electrode wire more optimization and increase the efficiency of electromachining.
