摘　　要：长春市是国内少有的智力密集区,每年都有大量科研成果问世,经过多年发展,形成了一批独具特色的高新技术产业集群和科技企业集群.虽然这些科技企业在高新技术产业领域取得了一定的成绩,但其发展现状与自身科技优势相比还很不相称,远远落后国内同行业的水平,其中一个重要原因就是这些科技企业在利用资本市场运作中存在一些问题,阻碍了其迅速发展壮大.在分析问题的同时,提出了相应的解决对策.Changchun city,is the rare intelligence intensive areas,there is a large amount of research results published annually,after years of development,has formed a set of distinctive high- tech industrial clusters and technological enterprises clusters. Although the enterprises of science and technology has made some achievements in the field of new high- tech industry, but its development status compared with its own technological advantage, also does not match, far behind the domestic same industry level,one of the important reasons is that these enterprises of science and technology has some problems in the use of the capital market operation,has hindered its rapid development and expansion. In the analysis of problems and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
