中老年高血压病患者血尿酸水平与心脏重构的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的采用多普勒超声观察中老年原发性高血压患者血尿酸(SUA)水平增高对心脏结构的影响。方法将134例符合纳入标准的原发性高血压患者根据SUA水平分为非高尿酸血症组、高尿酸血症组,所有对象均检测SUA,并进行心脏超声检测。结果SUA与室间隔厚度(IVS)、室间隔厚度/左室后壁厚度(IVS/PWT)值呈正相关(r=0.303,P<0.01;r=0.266,P<0.05)。高尿酸血症组IVS、IVS/PWT及左房舒张末内径(LAD)值较非高尿酸血症组明显增大(P<0.05)。结论血SUA水平增高可能促使高血压左心室及左心房的重构。Objective To investigate the effect of serum uric acid（SUA）on the structure of the heart in middle aged and elderly patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and thirty four patients were enrol ed and divided into the control group and hyperuricemia group by the level of SUA.The parameters of the ultrasound cardiogram of the heart were detected.Results A significant positive correlation was observed between the SUA and IVS,IVS/PWT（r= 0.303,P〈0.01;r= 0.266,P〈0.05）.IVS,IVS/PWT and LAD in the hyperuricemia group were higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elevated SUA may be involved in the remodeling of the left ventricle and atrium in patients with hypertension.
