摘 要:以南水北调东线江苏段"洪泽湖—骆马湖—南四湖下级湖"库群系统为研究对象,以缺水量最小为目标,构造库群水资源联合优化调度模型,并采用大系统分解-动态规划聚合方法进行求解。以系统各水库的可供水量为协调变量,将模型分解为洪泽湖、骆马湖、南四湖下级湖3个水库优化子模型。该子模型以水库可供水量为决策变量、水库库容离散值为状态变量;在"单库"子模型优化基础上,以各水库的供水量为决策变量,水库可供水量的离散值为状态变量构造聚合模型,子模型和聚合模型均为一维动态规划模型,采用动态规划方法进行求解。通过优化计算,与常规调度成果比较,P=50%、75%、95%来水频率下系统供水量相应提高了0.2%、0.5%和0.8%,系统总缺水量相应减少了36.5%、4.7%和1.5%,总弃水量相应减少了30.7%、32.8%和100%。An optimal water resources operation model for multi-reservoir system was constructed by taking the Hongze Lake-Luoma Lake-the lower lake of Southern Four Lakes section of South-to-North Water Di- version Project as the study case, the minimum volume of water shortage in each period was taken as the target, and the decomposition-dynamic programming aggregation method was applied to solve the model a- bove. With the water supply of each reseevoir as coordinated variable, the model was decomposed into three sub-models of optimal operation for Hongze Lake, Luoma Lake and the lower lake of South Four Lakes. The sub-model took the water supply of reservoir as decision variable, and the discrete values of the reservoir storage capacity as state variable. The constructed aggregation model took the water supply of reservoir as decision variable, and the discrete values of total water supply of reservoirs as state varia- ble. Both the sub-models and aggregation model were solved by dynamic programming method. The calcu- lation results showded that system water supply increased by 0. 20%, 0. 5% and 0. 8%, respectively, the water shortage decreased by 36.5%, 4.7% and 1.5% respectively, and the total abandoned water amount decreased by 30.7%, 32.8% and 100% respectively compared with regular schedule in the same water- supply guaranteed rates of 50%, 75% and 95% hydrological years
