摘　　要：不同于传统的砂轮修整器结构，提出了一种基于交叉滚柱导轨精密导向的高刚度、低摩擦的专用v型砂轮修整器。首先，对其机械结构进行了分析，然后，对其额定负荷和额定寿命的校核提出了公式分析依据，最后，对其电气控制部分进行了分析。结果表明，该V型砂轮修整器能满足V型砂轮修整时的运动功能要求和运动精度要求。different from the traditional grinding wheel dresser, a kind of high stiffness and lowfriction ＂V ＂grinding wheel dresser base on cross roller guide which can Implementation of precisionguide .
