不同月龄白藏羊的生理生化指标测定

摘　　要：为探讨高原环境下饲养的白藏羊在不同月龄段的生理生化指标,以四川省红原地区的白藏羊为研究对象,按3、6、9、12、15、18、21和24月龄测定其生理生化指标。结果显示:(1)白藏羊3~24月龄的体温、呼吸和心率的波动范围分别为(38.89±0.56)^(39.83±0.32)℃、(26.00±6.67)^(58.64±12.67)次/min和(83.90±7.64)^(111.36±7.46)次/min;(2)白藏羊的血液生理指标WBC、HCT和RDW-CV等指标为3、6、15、18月龄相对低于9、12、21、24月龄,RBC、MCV、MCH、MCHC等指标为3、6、15、18月龄相对高于9、12、21、24月龄,HGB和PLT等指标不呈现月龄变化;(3)白藏羊的血液生化指标ALT、AST、TP、ALB、LDH、CHOL等指标在21月龄时达到最大值,ALP、PCHE和GLU等指标在3月龄时达到最大值,GLO和Ca分别在18和24月龄时达到最大值。白藏羊的生理生化指标在生长发育过程中表现出较强的规律性,高原的气候环境以及季节也对绵羊的机体具有较大的影响。To explore the change mechanism of the physiological and biochemical indexs of White Tibetan sheep in Hongyuan, the physiological and biochemical indexes of the sheep at the month age of 3,6,9,12,15,18, 21 and 24 were tested. The results showed that White Tibetan sheep ranged their body temperature from （38.89±0.56） to （39.83±0.32）℃, respiration （26.00±6.67） to （58.64±12.67） times/minute, and heart rate （83.90 ±7.64） to （111.36±7.46） times/minute at their growth stages; The indexs of WBC, HCT and RDW-CV in month 3, 6, 15 and 18 were relatively lower than that those in month 9, 12, 21 and 24; On the contrary, RBC, MCV, MCH and MCHC in 3, 6, 15 and 18 month were relatively higher; HGB and PLT varied slightly; Blood bi- ochemical indexes of ALT, AST, TP, ALB, LDH and CHOL reached the maximum value at 21 month of age; ALP,PCHE and GLU peaked in month 3, GLO and Ca respectively reached the maximum value at 18 and 24 months of age. The results concluded that the physiological and biochemical index of White Tibetan sheep followed certain rules at the different age and might be affected by the plateau climate and season.
