2010～2013年远安县医疗机构消毒质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解远安县医疗机构消毒质量,查找薄弱环节,进一步规范消毒管理工作,减少和控制院内感染。方法2010～2013年按照相关规范、评价方法与标准对远安县辖区内108家县、乡、村及个体医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌进行采样、检测和评价。结果 2010～2013年共采样1 941份,合格1 666份,总体合格率85.83% ,消毒合格率呈上升趋势,2012年合格率较2011年明显上升（P〈0.05）;室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器的消毒质量合格率分别为70.89% 、80.07% 、87.18% 、96.07% 、96.15% ,除压力蒸汽灭菌器与使用中消毒剂的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）外,其他各类间的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;县级医疗机构消毒合格率（92.35% ）明显高于其他各类医疗机构（P〈0.01）,而民营个体诊所与村卫生室合格率较低,分别为78.72% 和78.26% 。结论远安县医疗机构消毒质量不高,室内空气、医护人员手的消毒工作应引起各医疗机构的高度重视。Objective To understand the disinfection quality in medical institutions of Yuan＇an county,find the weak links,further standardize the management of disinfection,so as to reduce and control nosocomial infection.MethodsDuring 2010-2013,in accordance with the evaluation methods and standards of relevant norms,the indoor air,surfaces of objects,hands of medical staff,disinfectants in use and pressure steam sterilizer from 108 county,township and village medical institutions and individuals were sampled for testing and evaluation.Results In a total of 1 941 samples,1 666 were qualified,the overall pass rate was 85.83% ,the eligible disinfection rate was rising year by year,the qualified rate increased obviously in 2012 than in 2011 increased obviously,and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）;the qualified rate of indoor air,hands of medical staff,surface of objects,the disinfectant in use,and pressure steam sterilizer was respectively 70.89% ,80.07% ,87.18% ,96.07% ,and 96.15% ,the difference between pressure steam sterilizer and disinfectants in use was insignificant（P〉 0.05）,the difference among the others was significant（P〈0.01）;the qualified rate（92.35% ）of disinfection in county medical institutions was significantly higher than other medical institutions,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）,while the qualified rate in the private individual clinic and village health center was lower,78.72% and 78.26% ,respectively.Conclusion The disinfection quality in medical institutions of Yuan＇an county is not high,more attention should be paid to the disinfection of indoor air and hands of medical staff in the medical institution,the disinfection of medical institutions should be further strengthened.
