胃癌病人手术后心理困扰与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析胃癌病人术后心理困扰现状,探讨心理困扰与生活质量的相关性。[方法]2012年10月—2013年12月采用健康相关生活质量(QLQ-C30)、心理痛苦温度计对安徽省某两所三级甲等医院80例胃癌术后病人进行调查。[结果]调查对象心理痛苦温度计得分为(5.4±2.2)分,心理困扰较为显著,困扰程度最高的依次为经济问题、疼痛、担忧、身体活动受限、紧张、进食;自评生活质量得分为(2.8±1.1)分;心理困扰与生活质量呈负相关(r=-0.497,P<0.01)。[结论]胃癌病人术后整体的生活质量不高,心理困扰明显,在护理过程中应重视病人的心理状况,加强治疗性沟通,进而提高病人的生活质量。Objective：To analyze the status quo of postoperative psychological distress of gastric cancer patients , and probe into the correlation betw een psychological distress and their quality of life .Methods：T he Health Re‐lated Quality of Life（QLQ C30） and psychological Distress Thermometer（DT） were used to make investiga‐tion for 80 cases of postoperative patients with gastric cancer in two three grade A hospitals in Anhui province from 2012 October to 2013 December .Results：The DT Score of objects was（5 .4 ± 2 .2） ,and psychological dis‐tress was more remarkable .Those with the highest distress degree were the economic problems ,pain ,worry , limited physical activity ,tension and eating in tum ;Quality of Life Selt Rating Score was（2 .8 ± 1 .1）;psycho‐logical distress was negatively related to quality of life（r= -0 .497 ,P〈0 .01） .Conclusion：The postoperative o‐verall quality of life of patients with gastric cancer is not high ,and psychological distress was obvious .During nuising care of them ,the psychological status of patients should be thought highly of ,the therapeutic communi‐cation should be enhanced ,and then to improve the patients＇quality of life .
