摘  要:[目的]探讨在我国病房环境及设备条件下,96h更换输液装置的可行性,以节省医疗人力、物力成本。[方法]选取我院2013年10月—12月内科ICU连续静脉输液治疗的病人100例,根据入院时间不同将病人分为观察组和对照组。观察组病人96h更换输液装置1次,对照组病人24h更换1次。比较两组病人更换时输液管路内液体三磷酸腺苷(ATP)值的差异。[结果]在两组病人入院白细胞、使用抗菌药物人次、中心静脉置管人次、液体酸碱度、三通个数等基础数据无差异的前提下(P>0.05),经检测观察组和对照组病人在更换输液装置当日白细胞计数、最高体温、ATP检测结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]在我国病房环境及设备条件下,连续使用静脉输液装置96h更换是安全可行的。Objective:To probe into the feasibility of infusion device replacement after 96 h in our ward environ‐ment and equipment conditions in China ,so as to save the medical manpower and material cost .Methods:A total of 100 patients receiving continuous intravenous infusion treatment were selected from 2013 October to Decem‐ber in IUC of deparofment of internal medicine in our hospital and were divided into observation group and con‐trol group according to the different time of admission .Infusion device was replaced a time every 96 h in patients in observation group and infusion device was replaced a time every 24 h in patients in control group ,then to compare the differences of ATP value of liquid in infusion tube between both groups when repaling tube .Re‐sults:Under the premise of no difference in basic data of initial leukocyte ,use of antimicrobial drugs ,central ve‐nous passengers ,passengers liquid pH and three pass between both groups ,there was no statistically significant difference in white blood cell count ,the highest temperature and ATP detection results on the same day of re‐placement of transfusion device between observation group and control group patients(P〉0 .05) .Conclusion:In our ward environment and equipment conditions ,the replacement of intravenous infusion device after continuous use for 96 h is safe and feasible .
