珠三角某市制鞋行业职业病危害风险评估

摘　　要：目的评估珠三角某市制鞋行业职业病危害的风险程度,为职业病防控提供科学依据。方法采用MES评价法和量化评分法,对分层抽样产生的3 8家制鞋企业的固有风险因素和风险抵消因素进行评价,进而评估其整体危险。结果珠三角某市制鞋行业固有风险评估R1级占2.63%,R2级占2 1.05%,R3级占3 6.84%,R4级占2 8.95%,R5级占1 0.53%;风险抵消评估结果"不及格"占1 0.53%,"及格"占44.7 4%,"一般"占2 6.3 2%,"良好"占1 3.1 6%,"优秀"为5.2 6%;整体危险度评估结果 1 3.1 6%为低度危险,68.42%为中度危险,1 8.42%为高度危险,极高度危险的为0.00%。结论珠三角某市制鞋行业存在着一定的职业病危害风险,政府及相关部门必须继续采取有效的防控措施。Objective To assessment the degree of risk of occupation disease harm in The shoe industry, provide scientific basis for the occupation disease prevention and control. Methods By Using MES method and quantitative scoring method, to evaluate the inherent risk factors and offset risk factors, and determine its overall risk. Results The shoe industry inherent risk assessment R1 level accounted for 2.63%, R2 level accounted for 21.05%, R3 level accounted for 36.84%, R4 level accounted for 28.95%, R5 level accounted for 10.53%; To offset the risk assessment results ＂fai1＂10.53%, ＂pass＂44.74%, ＂general＂ accounted for 26.32%, ＂good＂ 13.16%, ＂perfect ＂ is 5.26%; The overall risk assessment for dangerous low 13.16%, 68.42% for moderate risk, and 18.42% for high risk, 0.00% were extremely high risk. Conclusions The shoe industry there is occupational disease hazard risk, the government and relevant departments must continue to take effective prevention and control measures.
