摘  要:本文主要对全氧燃烧浮法玻璃在成形过程中含水量的变化进行了研究。采用红外光谱仪(FTIR)对不同成形工艺条件下的玻璃样片上表层、中间层和锡面层的含水量进行了测定。结果表明,全氧燃烧浮法玻璃含水量高于普通浮法玻璃,成形过程中含水量变化更为明显;成形过程中主要发生脱羟基反应,上表层羟基损失量大于锡面层;锡槽成形工艺、成形厚度对上表层含水量变化有明显的影响。Variation of water content during oxy-fuel combustion float glass forming process had been mainly studied in this paper. Water content of the top surface layer, middle layer and tin surface layer of glass after different forming conditions were analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy. Results show that oxy-fuel combustion float glass has more water than air-fuel combustion float glass. Variation of water content during oxy-fuel combustion float glass forming process is more remarkable. Reaction of dehydroxylation occurs during forming process, content of dehydroxylation in top surface layer is larger than tin surface layerS. Effect of forming condition and glass thickness on variation of water content in top surface layer is distinct.
