摘 要:回收废弃混凝土经破碎、磨细后,匹配适量氢氧化钙、水泥和水,在高温饱和水蒸气环境中反应固化,经系统优化实验,获得了具有显著力学性能的块状制品,进而引入铝粉作为发气剂,制备出轻质多孔加气混凝土材料,产品容重、导热系数等性能指标均符合相应国家标准对B06级加气混凝土的质量要求。研究结果对废弃混凝土的综合回收利用及加气混凝土生产实践具有一定理论指导意义。After being crushed and finely ground, discarded concrete (DC) is evenly-dispersed with calcium hydroxide, cement and water in appreciable ratio, following by a process of hydrothermal solidification under an atmosphere of high-temperature saturated steam. Systematic investigations of the mix ratio were carried out to maximize the mechanical strength of hydrothermally solidified DC, which was subsequently employed to prepare lightweight aerated concrete by making use of aluminum powder as the foaming agent. Performance evaluation of the as-prepared specimens shows that the measured data of apparent density, thermal conductivity, etc. , can meet with the specifications of aerated concrete ( Grade B6) in National Standard GBl1968-2006. The results may behave some significances of theoretical guiding in the comprehensive recycling of DC and the production of aerated concrete.
