摘 要:通过交变电磁场磁化液体聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝剂,研究了磁化混凝的工艺条件及除藻性能。结果表明,在PFS投药量80 mg/L、电流强度1.0 A、频率75 Hz、磁化时间3 min、pH=8的条件下,处理效果最好,小球藻的去除率达90.7%。与常规混凝相比,磁化混凝的混凝剂用量节省了12.5%,除藻率提高了5.7%。磁化混凝工艺具有处理效率更高、投药量更少、污泥性能更好等优点。并初步解释了磁化混凝除藻的机理。The procedure of magnetization coagulation and the coagulation performance of algae removal were studied, when liquid PFS was magnetized. The results showed that the optimal conditions were the dosage 80 mg/L, the current intensity 1.0 A, the frequency 75 Hz, the magnetization time 3 min, at pH =8. 0. Then the removal rate of algae was high, reaching 90. 7%. Compared with conventional coagulation, the electromagnetic coagulant dosage saved 12.5%, the removal efficiency improved 5.7%. Electromagnetic coagulation process took the advantages in having higher removal efficiency, less dosage using, better sludge performance. Respectively, the mechanism of electromagnetic coagulation for algae removal was explored preliminarily.
