套标机电热收缩炉的创新升级设计

摘　　要：主要介绍了套标机电热收缩炉的发展过程,采用双排差速输送使标签瓶向前运动同时转动的创新设计,使套在瓶子上的长标签各轮廓面依次受热均匀收缩,突破了电热收缩炉仅能应用于短标签瓶生产的局限。This paper mainly introduces the development process of the Electrothermal shrinkage tunnels with sleeve label machine. Using the design ideas of double row differential transmission , Which makes bottles walking in circles and makes each profile of the long labels on bottles could be heated in turn and homogeneous shrinkage. So that which breaks though the limited of the Electrothermal Shrinkage tunnels only be applied to the production of short label bottles.
