摘　　要：主要介绍了电阻焊的工作原理及各种焊轮的使用情况,通过对汞导电和无汞下焊轮的使用分析及各种规格焊轮使用情况的说明,得到了制罐生产中焊轮使用的具体数据,对电阻焊整机及焊轮加工更换方面有参考作用。This paper mainly introduces the working principle of the Electric Resistance Welding Machine and the current using situation of welding rollers . Through the usage analysis of mercury conductive welding rollers and non-mercury conductive welding rollers, And through the instructions of various specification of the welding rollers, got the specific data used in the can production and could have reference to the welding machine and the welding roller＇ s processing and changing.
