摘  要:[目的]明确对朱砂叶螨具有显著增效作用的丁醚脲+溴虫腈、丁醚脲+苯丁锡、苯丁锡+溴虫腈及丁醚脲+苯丁锡+溴虫腈不同配比混剂对家蚕的毒性。[方法]以食下毒叶法评价了各配比混剂对3龄和4龄起蚕的急性毒性。[结果]92.5%~95.0%丁醚脲与5.0%~7.5%溴虫腈混剂、53.5%~94.3%丁醚脲与5.7%~46.5%苯丁锡混剂及35.0%~78.4%丁醚脲、18.8%~62.9%苯丁锡与2.1%~7.8%溴虫腈混剂对3龄和4龄起蚕的联合毒性为中等毒级,联合作用系数介于0.5~2.6之间,表现为相加作用,即未增加毒性;85%~88%苯丁锡与12%~15%溴虫腈混剂的联合作用系数显著大于2.6,表现为增效作用,即增加了对家蚕的毒性。[结论]丁醚脲+溴虫腈、丁醚脲+苯丁锡及丁醚脲+苯丁锡+溴虫腈混剂在增强杀螨作用的同时,未增加对家蚕的毒性,具有一定的开发应用价值。[Aims] The aims were to investigate the joint toxicities of diafenthiuron mixed with chlorfenapyr, diafenthiuron mixed with fenbutatin-oxide(FBO), FBO mixed with chlorfenapyr, FBO mixed with diafenthiuron and chlorfenapyr on silkworm Bombyx mori(L.). [Methods] The acute toxicities on 3rd and 4rd instar B. mori were investigated by feeding the silkworm with the insecticide-treated mulberry, Morus albus(L.) leaves. [Results] The toxicity levels of 92.5-95.0% of diafenthiuron mixed with 5.0-7.5% of chlorfenapyr, 53.5-94.3% of diafenthiuron mixed with 5.7-46.5% of FBO,35.0-78.4% of diafenthiuron, 18.8-62.9% of FBO mixed with 2.1-7.8% of chlorfenapyr on the 3rd and 4rd instar newly exuviated larvae of silkworm were moderate toxicity grade, and the combine coefficients were ranged from 0.5 to 2.6,which indicated additive effect. The combine coefficient of 85-88% of FBO mixed with 12-15% of chlorfenapyr was greater than 2.6, which indicated synergistic effect. [Conclusions] Although diafenthiuron·chlorfenapyr, diafenthiuron·fenbutatin-oxide and diafenthiuron·fenbutatin-oxide·chlorfenapyr mixtures enhance the acaricidal activities, the mixtures do not increase the toxicities on silkworm. Therefore the mixtures are worthy of further development and application.
