摘 要:[目的]建立山药和土壤中二氰蒽醌残留量的快速、简便的检测方法。[方法]样品经盐酸酸化、乙腈提取、氯化钠盐析分离,提取溶液经N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化,以乙腈-水作为流动相梯度洗脱,经液相色谱二极管矩阵检测器检测。[结果]二氰蒽醌在0.5、2、5 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,山药和土壤中的添加回收率分别为72.6%~94.1%、78.1%~96.8%,相对标准偏差分别为0.8%~5.8%、1.7%~5.4%。[结论]该方法操作简单,溶剂消耗量少,结果重复性好,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留分析要求。[Aims] A simple and reliable analytical method for dithianon residues in Dios corea op posita and soil was established. [Methods] The samples were acidified with hydrochloric acid, extracted with acetonitrile, and the extract was separated by salting-out method and cleaned up with primary secondary amine(PSA). Gradient elution was adopted with the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase. Dithianon residue was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with photo-diode array(PDA) detector. [Results] The results showed that at the addition levels of 0.5, 2 and 5 mg/kg, the recoveries of dithianon in D. opposita and soil were 72.6-94.1% and 78.1-96.8%, with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.8-5.8% and 1.7-5.4%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantage of simple operation, less solvent consumption, high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, which meet the requirements for pesticide residues analysis.
