摘　　要：针对某举升机调平回路操作困难、费时费力等问题,对调平回路进行改进设计,利用一个三位四通换向阀代替原系统中的两个手动补油截止阀,并借助原系统中的限位开关,通过开关触发信号的有序传递,实现了调平一键式完成,减小了劳动强度和误操作,提高了设备的使用寿命。To improve the problems that the car lift leveling circuit operation is difficult, time-consuming and laborious, it was re-designed. A three-position four-way valve was used to replace two manual fill oil valve of the original system. the trigger signal orderly transfer was realized with the help of the limit switches of the original system, final operation with one key was achieved. The improved leveling circuit can reduce labor intensity and misoperation, improve the service life of equipment.
