摘　　要：根据装载机生产厂家提出的转向油缸型式试验要求,设计了油缸型式试验液压系统。在耐久性试验中,该液压系统采用了节能型双作用加载方式。实际应用结果表明:所设计的型式试验液压系统总体性能满足设计要求,节能效果明显。A hydraulic cylinder performance testing system was designed according to the requirements put forward by the loader manufacturer. In durability testing, energy-efficient double-acting loading mode was used. The results show that the hydraulic testing system overall performance meets the design requirements and has significant energy saving effect.
