摘  要:通过气相色谱法-电子捕获检测器采用离心和过滤两种处理方法同时测定黄瓜中的六氯苯、氯硝胺、七氯等7种农药和敌稗、丁草胺等两种除草剂的残留。结果表明:两种前处理方法均能满足日常检测的需要,可以在日常检测中进行推广。另外,9种农药在黄瓜基质中存在不同程度的基质效应,其中敌稗和丁草胺存在较强的基质抑制效应,其它几种农药或者除草剂存在较弱的基质增强效应。Gas chromatography-electron capture was used in the course of determination of various pesticides and herbicides, such as hexachlorobenzene, dichloran, heptachlor, etc., and centrifugation and filtration were used as the pre-treatment methods. Results showed that both pre-treatment methods could meet the needs of daily testing, and their use could be promoted in daily detection. Besides, varying degree of matrix effects of 9 kinds of pesticides existed in cucumber matrix, and that of propanil and butachor had strong inhibitory matrix effects, but weak matrix enhancement effects existed in other pesticides and herbicides.
