东北天南星不同部位乙醇提取液对菜青虫变态的影响

摘　　要：采用浸叶法测定东北天南星不同部位(块茎、叶、茎)的乙醇提取液对菜青虫快速变态的影响.通过观察变态时间、变态率及测定蛹的质量,得出结论:东北天南星茎部乙醇提取液可促进菜青虫快速变态,当质量浓度为50.0mg/ml、33.3mg/ml时变态率最高,达100%.By leaf immersion method to determine the ethanol extract of different positions（ tubers,leaves,stem）of the Arisaema amurense Maxim on Pieris rapae L. to promote rapid abnormal condition. By observing the abnormal time,abnormal rate and determining the quality of the pupa,come to the conclusion：the ethanol extract of the stem of Arisaema amurense Maxim can accelerate the rapid transformation of Pieris rapae L. ,when the mass concentration of 50. 0 mg/ml,33. 3 mg/ml of abnormal rate is highest,up to 100%.
