摘　　要：如何处理好更新与保护之间的关系,是历史风貌区更新改造的关键。本文通过烟台山历史风貌区出让地项目规划设计,从功能整合、交通梳理、结构重组、城市形象等方面进行研究,将城市发展背景下的历史风貌区的传统文化内涵与现代城市生活相融合,营造了烟台山历史风貌区新的城市生活空间。How to handle the relationship between reform and the historical style protection, is the key to the historic area of reconstruction. In this paper, through the transformation of YanTaishan Historic District, from the function ad- justment, traffic integration, restructuring , city image and other aspects of research, the traditional culture, under the background of urban development, combined with the modern city life, creating a new city living space.
